The Logic of Beauty

The Logic of Beauty

The logic and philosophy of normalized or consistent beauty can be easily refuted. That means there is no such thing as “model perfect.” It goes like this:

  1. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder; thus,
  2. Beauty may come in, or be of, many different varieties; thus,
  3. Anyone who uses a “standard” ideal or definition of beauty is in many, if not most respects, wrong; thus,
  4. Because the ideal of a beautiful standard (model-perfect / pop-culture beauty) is so prevalent, it means that many examples of or ideas of anti-beauty are wrong.

This logic may see a bit heady. Perhaps you see some gaps in the equation as it is admittedly based upon a central assumption. However, at Love Real Beauty, we maintain a devoted conscience to the idea represented in this logic equation. If you believe, as we do, that beauty comes in all different colors, forms, sizes, shapes and looks, you now have a good argument based upon logic to shine a light real beauty!
