Ladydom is feeling the stress of tomorrow’s US presidential elections.

51% of women report that they’ve experienced some level of election stress disorder. Last Friday, the New York Times reported a poll in which half of teenage girls said 2016 election messages have affected the way they think about their bodies.

Experts suggest that we focus on getting enough sleep, limiting our social media exposure to no more than a few checks per day, and exercising. So fire up your most inspiring playlist (here’s Michelle Obama’s Day of the Girl playlist from Spotify), take a walk or a run, put your phone in Do Not Disturb mode for notifications, and turn in early tonight.

In what might be good news, tomorrow is election day. If you plan to watch the returns come in, call a friend to sit on the couch with you, or join a viewing party in your area, like the ones hosted by AMC in 50 cities or listed on Meetup.com.

More than ever, the past two weeks have reinforced our dedication to make LoveRealBeauty a positive forum for all women. No matter what happens, our team at LoveRealBeauty has your back. #BeautifulIsReal. You are beautiful and we value you, just the way you are. We’re in this together.
